Vacation Rental Description

Oceanfront, 1B/1B, first floor condo. Recently redecorated and 
recently renovated can sleeps 4.  Screened patio, washer & dryer, 
queen pillowtop bed, queen sofa bed.  All tiled.  DSL internet
accessible.  Completely furnished with dishes, pots and pans,
washclothes, towels and linens.  Small portable crib for families with
an infant, golf clubs, beach chairs and cooler. Short walk to main
pool and a few steps from the main pool is the ocean. Two telephones
and televisions,utilities and cable included.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The resort features 3 swimming pools (heated in winter); 10 tennis 
courts; 1 racquetball/squash court; 2 paddleball courts; a 6-hole 
miniature golf course; and a 9-hole, par-3 executive golf course 
(longest hole 175 yards - shortest hole 70 yards) which is free in 
the Off-Season and has a $3 greens fee in season (mid-December 
through Easter week). Also featured next to the main pool is a pool-
side Tiki Bar which is open for food and drinks 7 days a week, from 
11:30 am until 6:00 pm, weather permitting; a "kiddie pool" for 
small children; hot-tub; Bocce court; and, an exercise room with 
sauna and shower facilities, restaurant on-site and on 
the Atlantic Ocean. Gated community with security guards.

Activities and Attractions

Fishing:  Deep sea fishing and party boats available from Ft. Pierce 
marina; surf fishing only yards away available for Blue Fish, 
Pompano, Snook, Whiting, and many other species. South Jetty and 
Indian River offer excellent fishing. Bass fishing at Lake 
Okeechobee rated one of the best Bass Lakes in United States, only 
40 minutes away.

Baseball:  Ocean Village is within a half hour drive of the Los 
Angeles Dodgers (Vero Beach) and New York Mets (St. Lucie West) 
Spring Training Camps. At the conclusion of spring training in early 
April, the minor league (Vero Beach Dodgers & St. Lucie Mets) plays a 
full season of Class A Florida League baseball at these same sites 
from April to September. Most of these minor league games are played 
at night and are very inexpensive.

*Manatee Observation Area - 5 minutes away in downtown Fort Pierce - 
great place to see live manatees (best viewing in winter) It's free!

*Fort Pierce Jai Alai - located on King's Highway about a mile north 
of the FL Turnpike exit at Fort Pierce (Seasonal). Off-Track Betting 
is also featured here.
*Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute - 10 minutes north on Route 
US1. 
*Gilbert Bar House of Refuge-Life Saving Station - 30 minutes south
UDT Navy Seal Museum - 10 minutes north on N. Hutchinson Island 
*Heathcoat Botanical Gardens - 20 minutes
*Lion Country Safari - 30 minutes
*Land of Butterflies - 20 minutes
*Biking available in complex and along RT A1A
*Bathtub Beach/Reef - 25 minutes south - great snorkeling and 
swimming for smaller children. 
*Elliott Museum - 20 minutes south on Route A1A 
*Disney World/Universal Studios - approximately 2 hours away 
*Kennedy Space Center - approximately 1 hour 45 minutes north 
*Horseback Riding on the Beach - offered at the Frederick Douglass 
Memorial Park about 3-4 miles south of Ocean Village on the 1st, 2nd

Vacation Rental Rates

December 1-April 30 $100.00 per day, $250 Security Deposit, $60.00 to 
have condo cleaned when you depart.

May 1-November 31 $70.00 per day, $250 Security Deposit, $60.00 to 
have condo cleaned when you depart.

Minimum stay one week, but is negotiable.

Discount for Mid July to December 1 for a minimum stay of 30 days, $1200 per month.
