recently renovated can sleeps 4. Screened patio, washer & dryer,
queen pillowtop bed, queen sofa bed, extra cot for company.   All tiled. DSL internet accessible. Completely furnished with dishes, pots and pans,
washclothes, towels and linens. Small portable crib for families with
an infant, golf clubs, beach chairs and cooler. Short walk to main
pool and steps from the main pool is the ocean. Two telephones
and televisions,utilities and cable included.

The resort features 3 swimming pools (heated in winter); 10 tennis
courts; 1 racquetball/squash court; 2 paddleball courts; a 6-hole
miniature golf course; and a 9-hole, par-3 executive golf course
(longest hole 175 yards - shortest hole 70 yards) which is free in
the Off-Season and has a $3 greens fee in season (mid-December
through Easter week). Also featured next to the main pool is a pool-
side Tiki Bar (newly renovated) which is open for food and drinks 7 days a week, from 11:30 am until 6:00 pm, weather permitting; a "kiddie pool" for
small children; hot-tub; Bocce court; and, an exercise room with
sauna and shower facilities, restaurant on-site and on
the Atlantic Ocean. Gated community with security guards.

Fishing: Deep sea fishing and party boats available from Ft. Pierce
marina; surf fishing only yards away available for Blue Fish,
Pompano, Snook, Whiting, and many other species. South Jetty and
Indian River offer excellent fishing. Bass fishing at Lake
Okeechobee rated one of the best Bass Lakes in United States, only
40 minutes away.

Baseball: Ocean Village is within a half hour drive of the Los
Angeles Dodgers (Vero Beach) and New York Mets (St. Lucie West)
Spring Training Camps. At the conclusion of spring training in early
April, the minor league (Vero Beach Dodgers & St. Lucie Mets) plays a
full season of Class A Florida League baseball at these same sites
from April to September. Most of these minor league games are played
at night and are very inexpensive.
