Vacation Rental Description

Gorgeous, remodeled oceanfront Maui condo, located in Kaanapali. This is an oceanfront complex that 
offers direct waterfront access, breath taking views, world championship golf in nearby Kapalua.  
Historic Lahaina Town is just 10 minutes away. Shopping and restaurants are also located nearby.

Walk outside your condo, and dip your feet in the warm, tropical waters of the Pacific Ocean, or 
relax and take a dip in the large, newly refurbished pool. After a great day of beach fun, relax 
with your favorite beverage and watch the whales or enjoy a beautiful Maui sunset from your lanai.

The condo is situated in a quiet area of the complex overlooking the ocean. Your private lanai 
offers panoramic ocean views, and privacy to just relax and soak up the sun. Our tropical gardens 
offer shuffleboard, BBQ’s & picnic tables for your enjoyment. Parking is free.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condo was recently remodeled and modernized. It has new flooring, cabinets, fixtures, paint, 
lighting, counters, & furniture. It is absolutely Gorgeous!

1 bedroom, 1 bath, fully furnished condo with a private covered lanai. Ceiling fans are located in 
the living room and bedroom for your comfort. The bedroom has a King bed that is comfortable and 
firm. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room, and additional trifold futon sleepers for 
children. The condo comfortably sleeps 1-5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything. 

2 cable TVs & DVD are located in the living room and bedroom. Wireless high speed internet access is 
provided. All linens and towels are included. A laundry facility is located down the hallway. 
Beach chairs, cooler & towels are also included for your enjoyment. Gas BBQ's are located by the 
pool.

Sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, golf, whale watching, surfing, windsurfing, fishing, 
sailing, shopping, restaurants, Old  Lahaina Luau.

$250.00 security deposit
10% discount for 30 nights during Value Season.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Security deposit refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be made for all cancellations 90 days or 
more from check-in. There is a $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days during Peak & Value 
Seasons. A $250 fee applies for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for 
cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. 
Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
