Vacation Rental Description

private compound can be your vacation hideaway.

Once you enter through the arched doorway to the inner courtyard, 
you will feel like you've been transported to another world.

Walking distance to the back bay nature trails. Less than 1 mile to 
Newport Harbor and beaches.

This house is so far from the ordinary, it's not a home.... it's a 
Lifestyle!

seperate stereo and speakers. Over $25,000 in upgrades just in the 
bathroom!

*Brand new kitchen with Brazilian granite counters, travertine 
flooring, built in wine fridge, all the stainless steel appliances. 
Viking gas stove, Jenn Air double convection ovens, GE Monogram 
Fridge. All this opens to a seperate pool table room with flat panel 
TV and Digital Cable.

*Dining room has fireplace, sky lights, and a seperate gated 
wine room.

The main living area is built L -Shape aroung the tropical 
courtyard, yet there is also a seperate walled and gated backyard as 
well with huge jungle gym for the kids.

There are 2 master suites, each with a King Bed, 3rd bedroom has 
Trundle bed that can sleep 2 comfortably on twins or converts to king bed, and 4th bedroom opens to 
backyard and is set up as office with desks, highspeed wifi internet, 
printer/fax, fold out full size futon bed (sleeps 2), and even a work out area.

                  Sept - May Weekly @ $2600 - $2800
                  3 Night Minimum @ $1500 - $1800 (Sept - May only)
 
$1250 Security Deposit Required (Returned within 10 days)
Maid Fee @ $200 (Cleaned before arrival & upon departure)
