This 5,000 square-foot, stunning, glass masterpiece of a home is 
situated on the 17th green of the Sonnenalp Golf Course in the Vail 
Valley. With seven amazing decks, the home has spectacular golf 
course and ski mountain (Beaver Creek, Arrowhead, and Vail's Game 
Creek Bowl) vista views. The six-level floor plan comfortably sleeps 
16 people. We offer high-speed wireless Internet access on a Pentium 
4 computer. A fax machine is also available. There are three TVs with 
Direct TV, three VCRs and a DVD player. 

Located in the “Ultimate Mountain Playground,” when it comes to year-
round activities for the entire family, the Vail Valley is 
unbeatable. Vail’s winter wonderland offers ice-skating, skiing, 
snowboarding, sledding, tubing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, street 
concerts and sleigh rides. In the summer, choose from mountain 
biking, hiking, jeeping, fishing and more. The summer also boasts 
festivals, markets and entertainment options such as the Teva 
Mountain Games, Bravo! Vail Valley Music Festival, Vail International 
Dance Festival, free rock and jazz concerts and street parties.

The roof top hot tub is the signature piece of the house.  It 
comfortably sits 6 adults.  This where you can experience beautiful 
star filled skies or snowy nights while enjoying your favorite 
beverage.  The hot tub deck has an adjoining heated changing room 
with a wet bar, a stereo receiver with a CD player and outdoor 
speakers.

Known for more than 30 years for its world-class skiing, Vail has 
evolved into a year-round resort community called the Vail Valley. 
Now, the communities of Avon, Arrowhead, Beaver Creek, Cordillera, 
Eagle, Eagle-Vail, Edwards, Minturn, Vail and Wolcott offer wonderful 
recreational opportunities both winter and summer.

Vail Village
Vail Village is a central access point for all kinds of on-mountain 
activities. The enchanting pedestrian village hosts a variety of

activity. There is an array of lodging options in Vail Village within 
just a short walk to the Vista Bahn or Riva Bahn, the two chair lifts

Beaver Creek 
Elevation: 8,100 feet 
Population: 250 

Beaver Creek combines old-world charm with modern-day luxury. Beaver 
Creek's unique ambiance makes it the perfect spot for a family 
vacation or corporate retreat. A combination of chairlifts, skiing 
and hiking trails create a village-to-village connection linking 
Beaver Creek Village to nearby Bachelor Gulch Village and Arrowhead 
Resort.

Population: 460 living spaces

Arrowhead Mountain has beautiful intermediate ski terrain and is 
connected to Beaver Creek Mountain through a series of chairlifts. 
This intimate, European-style village consists of an exceptional 
array of exclusive resort custom homes, condominiums and town homes. 
Arrowhead Village features two restaurants, tennis courts, a swimming 
pool, mountain biking and private fly-fishing on the Eagle River. 

Edwards 
Elevation: 7,226 feet
Population: 8,500

An unincorporated community just a few miles west of Beaver Creek, 
Edwards serves the needs of a rapidly growing number of “down-valley” 
visitors and residents. Lodging, boutiques, restaurants, a movie 
theater, galleries and professional services are available at the 
popular Riverwalk in Edwards. For sports enthusiasts, Edwards is 
surrounded by National Forest land offering easy access to enjoy just 
about every sport. Limited bus service is available to Vail & Beaver 
Creek.

Opening-mid-Dec ... $800/night (4 night minimum).
Holidays .......... $1600/night (7 night minimum).
Jan 03-end of Jan . $800/night (5 night minimum).
Feb-Mar ........... $1000/night (7 night minimum).
Apr-Closing ....... $700/night (7 night minimum).
Spring ............ $600/night (4 night minimum).
Summer ............ $800/night (7 night minimum).
Fall .............. $600/night (4 night minimum).
**(Weeks for the Holiday Season 2008-2009 will be Dec 20 - 27, 2008
and Dec 27, 2007 - January 3, 2009.)

7 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY DURING PEAK TIMES; 4 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY OFF 
PEAK.  Peak season is generally February - April 15, July, August, 
Christmas & New Year's.
25% deposit due at time of booking.
All monies are due 60-days prior to arrival.
Refunds are possible if re-rented to another party of equal value; 
$150 fee will be assessed.
4.4% sales tax is charged on all rentals.
$200 cleaning fee.
$500 damage deposit. The damage deposit will be refunded three weeks 
after departure.
All rates are adjusted based on group size.  Meeting the maximum 
capacity of 16 individuals will place the rate at the top-end of the 
range.
