Dominican Republic.  This one-of-a-kind, unusual vacation villa 
rental is located within the prestigious Sea Tree Estates gated 
community, right on the oceanfront.  This Dominican Republic 
vacation villa rental delivers on the promise of an exceptional and 
relaxing vacation villa destination for the entire family.  Villa 
Cantamar, which means “the singing sea”, is a 11,000+ sq. ft., 4 
bedroom / 5 bathroom Caribbean villa with an exotic Asian 
influence.  Each one of the four meticulously designed and 
beautifully decorated bedrooms offers an unfettered view of the 
spacious swimming pool and soothing ocean beyond.  

While you are in residence with Villa Cantamar you are treated as 
well as the owner.  The dedicated and highly trained staff care for 
your every comfort.  Our Executive Chef will prepare bountiful and 
delightful meals for you throughout the day, including those 
wonderful mid-day snacks we are known for.  The maids thoroughly 
clean your room daily and can even do some of your laundry if you 
need it.  And, of course, our dedicated house captain will ensure 
your drinks are full and every other need is answered.

villas to be built within the Seatree Estates gated community.  This 
area of the Dominican Republic has recently become known through

Grande Golf Course, designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones,

villas bedrooms, the living area and the dining room all offer 
direct ocean views through floor to ceiling handmade sliding 
mahogany doors.

Adjoining the dining area is a beautiful gourmet kitchen, elegantly 
decorated in hand-cut mahogany and offering all of the latest 
kitchen accommodations.  This allows our Executive Chef to create 
the masterpieces you will dine on daily.  The custom designed 
kitchen allows you to enjoy the soothing ocean breezes as you watch 
your meal being created.

Villa Cantamar is available for rent to a single group at a time. 
Whether you use one bedroom or all four bedrooms, the entire villa 
and dedicated staff are solely for your satisfaction. We are not a 
hotel so you never have to worry about strangers moving in! 

We rent Villa Cantamar based on the number of bedrooms you will be 
using. We have a four (4) night minimum rental. To calculate your 
rental fee, multiply the number of nights by the daily rate listed.
