Monthly Rental Fee's:

$2,800 to $3,200 Monthly (Priced as low/high season)
+ $150 Cleaning Service (One time fee)

To Secure Rental:
A "Good Faith" deposit of "$200" is required along with a completed rental application/checklist to secure your dates. Approval takes 24hrs. Uncompleted applications will not be processed. Good faith deposit cancellation by renter is non-refundable. Cancellation by seller is refunded in full.  **Balance due "three" weeks prior to your arrival date.

 
Security Deposit:
Your Security Deposit will be returned (via) Federal Express within three business days after departure from your walk through w/the property manager;and shall be returned in full unless there are damages and/or missing items. Inasmuch, many of our guests leave at odd hours, and we try to accomindate such, as by not waiting for a walk-thru with property manager, with that being said; all funds shall be returned in full unless there are damages and/or missing items.  We ask you to please refer to the rental agreement that's provided to you along with the welcome checklist.

During your stay and Prior to your Departure of Condo: 

We ask that you please take care of our “home away from home” as if it was your very own. Prior to your departure, kindly gather all laundry and place on bathroom floor, and please make sure to empty refrigerator/freezer and pantry closets. In addition, all food and garbage is to be removed from the Condo (broom-swept), and disposed of in the garbage receptacle located outside and down the hallway.
