in Daytona Beach Shores, which is 5 miles south of Daytona and 5
miles north of the picturesque Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. The
area features gorgeous sun-drenched beaches, beautiful nature
reserves, as well as ocean and river front dining where the seafood
is fresh.

This is not an ocean front unit and there is an obstructed view of the
ocean, however, the beach is conveniently only steps from the building
and the Intercoastal Waterway can be seen from the kitchen and guest
bedroom windows. Sunsets over the river are quite spectacular!

The condo itself is beautifully decorated. It is indeed a home away
from home. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the guest
bedroom has a full size bed. The living room has a queen size sleeper
sofa.

There is a $75 cleaning fee.
