Vacation Rental Description

This fully furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath condominium is located 
in Daytona Beach Shores, which is 5 miles south of Daytona and 5 
miles north of the picturesque Ponce Inlet Lighthouse.  The 
area features gorgeous sun-drenched beaches, beautiful nature 
reserves, as well as ocean and river front dining where the seafood 
is fresh.  

This is not an ocean front unit and there is an obstructed view of the
ocean, however, the beach is conveniently only steps from the building
and the Intercoastal Waterway can be seen from the kitchen and guest
bedroom windows.

The condo itself is beautifully decorated.  It is indeed a home away
from home.  The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the guest
bedroom has a full size bed.  The living room has a queen size sleeper
sofa.

January: $500/Week or $1,500/Month
February, March, April: $750/Week or $1,800/Month
May: $500/Week or $1,500/Month
June, July, August, September: $600/Week or $1,800/Month
October, November, December: $500/Week or $1,500/Month

In addition, there is a $65 cleaning fee.

A refundable security deposit of $250 is required to reserve the 
condominium.  

Higher rates do apply during special event weeks (Speed Week, Bike 
Week, Pepsi 400, Biketoberfest).  Please contact me for these rates.
