Tropical Beach Duplex in Encinitas

Beautiful 2 bedroom 1,500. square foot beach duplex rental across
the street from the ocean, 1 bathroom with a double shower.
This duplex is on about a 10,000 square foot lot, it has 2 bedrooms
with 1 bathroom with a double shower. The master bedroom has 2 walk
in closets. There is 2 sofa beds in the living room, a private
Jacuzzi tub outside, sauna. There is a gas grill with a burner on
the very large redwood deck.
A 48 foot long solar heated first place award winning pool from The
National Pool and Spa Association for "The most Natural Pool in
Southern California". In
the back yard there is 2 ponds and 3 waterfalls.
There is a large tropical back yard, and a tropical front yard that
tenants can use for their animals, the fences are 6 feet high.
There is cable TV, 3 TVs, AC, washer and dryer, a double oven,
dishwasher, garbage disposal, and wireless inter net, boogie
boards. There is filtered water and ice.
There is a roofed and shuttered patio area off the pool.
The property is one block from 101 Coast Highway. It is one block
away from Stone Steps Beach that often does have life guards during
the summer, which was rated "The most private beach in San Diego",
about one mile from Moonlight Beach - which has life guards - a play
ground, showers and camp fire pits and bar-b-Q's, and a half a mile
from Beacons Beach. It is about five minutes away from downtown
Encinitas.There are beach towels, and beach chairs, and a large cooler.

Payment's can be made with your own Pay-Pal account, which avoids a 2 % fee if you do not have a Pay-Pal account. You can use your credit card to pay with Pay-Pal.

I prefer direct deposits to my Bank of America checking account.

Any payment's within 30 days of check in most be direct deposits to my checking account, Pay-pal, cashiers check, money orders, money transfer.

 Any returned check fees will be paid by the renters.

Recommendations:

Wow! Staying in Rhett’s Neptune Ave. vacation home was truly
an “ultimate” southern California beach town experience! The
location is awesome, steps from the beach stairs. All the homes on
Neptune are ‘grand’, and Rhett’s is no exception. It has a
mysterious, tropical paradise-like feel. I was totally relaxed and
felt at home. The curvaceous swimming pool (Rhett told me it won an
award) with its crystal rock waterfall glowing at night was a mind
blower. Floating, looking up at the towering palms – I was in a
fantasy realm. The furnished, bamboo enclosed porch was another great
place to hang – and the kitchen was amazing. I love to cook, and I
did! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. To have a vacation rental exceed
my expectations was a real treat. Rhett was a gracious and
accommodating host. Go for it!!

There is a private outside 7 ft. by 7ft. Jacuzzi brand name Jacuzzi,
and large sauna.
A 48 foot long solar heated first place award winning pool from The
National Pool and Spa Association "The Most Natural Pool in Southern
California".
There is cable TV, washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal,
outside grill and gas burner, outside pool table, an outside ping -
pong table, private porch, tropical fenced in yard.
There is wireless high speed inter net.
The duplex has high ceilings, 2 skylights and air-conditioning.

The property is one block from 101 Coast Highway. It is one block
away from Stone Steps Beach that often does have life guards during
the summer, which was rated "the most private beach in San Diego",
about one mile from Moonlight Beach - which has life guards - a play
ground, showers and camp fire pits and bar-b-Q's, and a half a mile

There is a golf course about a mile away, the highway is
a%2 a mile away, the highway is
a mile and a half away.

For stays of 31 days or less there is a City Hotel Tax of 10% due 30
days prior to check in time. For stays of 31 days or more there is no city tax.

Rates:

$2,100. per week, it is $325. per day during June - August 31, if
you stay under 7 day's. If you stay for 7 days or more the daily rate
is $300..

The rest of the year - September - May it is $145. a day, and $875. a week if you stay for 7 days or more the daily rate is $125.. It is $3,000 a month September - May.

There is a $300 refundable deposit, a $100. cleaning fee - There is a
$100 cleaning fee for animals.

Half of the rent is due for reservations. The other half of the rent
is due before 31 days prior to moving in, with the deposit and
cleaning fee.

I prefer  cash deposits to my checking account. I will accept personal checks up to 30 day's prior to check in. within 30 day's you can make a cash deposit to my checking account, use Pay-Pal, money order, or cashiers check.

Any fee's associated with bad check's will be paid by the renter.
