Vacation Rental Description

SoFi Villas and Garden includes: 
Four 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Villas and  
One 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Cottage. 
*All five units can accommodate upto 22 guests! 
 
The building is a 1920's historic Art Deco building with a detached  
cottage. The building includes a private garden and all units  
overlook the beautiful Washington Avenue. There is plenty of outdoor  
seating in the garden for enjoying the site and sun of South Beach! 
 
SoFi Villas and Garden is located in the famous Historic SoFi (South  
of Fifth Street) Art Deco District, which is close to the best  
restaurants, nightlife and activities that South Beach has to offer!  
  
Out the large windows you will see people eating at outdoor cafes,   
beautiful Mediterranean style condos and people strolling to and  
from the beach.  
 
There is also the "Electric Wave" bus stop by the building   
where you can travel the island for $.25 each way.  The Electric  
Wave runs on Washington Ave, from 1st Street to 17th Street (to  
Lincoln Road Mall and the Miami Beach Convention Center).
