beachfront Condo with balcony overlooking the pool, a pristine beach
and the Gulf of Mexico on Sanibel Island. Enjoy superb views of the
ocean, pool, and lush tropical flora from the comfort of the
screened lanai, living room, and master bedroom!
The 27-unit complex in 5 buildings sits on a quiet dead-end street,
next to a wildlife preserve, on Sanibel�s Gulf of Mexico shore.

Sanibel Island and adjacent Captiva Island are world famous vacation
destinations located off Florida's gulf coast. They are readily
accessed within 24 miles of Southwest Florida International Airport
and connected to the mainland by a 3-mile toll causeway. In
addition to the famous beaches, these islands offer many
experiences. Explore the island via its many bike paths. Every type
of boating and water sport is available; there is excellent fishing
and Sanibel is world famous for shelling. The wonderful J.N. 'Ding'
Darling Bird and Wildlife Sanctuary features unique birds,
alligators and other wildlife. Two beautifully kept golf and tennis
clubs, great shops and exceptionally fine restaurants compliment
this fabulous island.

This oceanfront resort sits on 13 acres of gulf-front property,
adjacent to a conservation area, and surrounded by mangroves, palm
trees and other tropical vegations. With only 27 units in the entire
condo complex on this property, there is never a crowd. In addition
to the direct oceanfront setting, private beach access and heated
pool, there is tennis, shuffleboard, BBQ Pits on site. The 25 mile
bike path that courses throughout the island is located nearby.

Beach, Pool, Swimming:
A pristine, white sand beach with blue water and a gorgeous palm
lined swimming pool, is in direct view from the condo. The ocean is
directly visible from the master bedroom, living and dining areas,
and screened lanai, as shown in the photos. There is private beach
access, and an extremely well maintained heated pool.
Golf and Tennis:
The Dunes Golf and Tennis Club, as well as Beachview Golf and Tennis
Club, maintain beautiful golf courses and are located nearby
(Beachview less than one mile). They offer club rentals, and The
Dunes features an aquatic driving range. They also offer formal
tennis programs and fine dining.
Boating, Fishing, Shelling, Waterskiing, Scuba:
Several marinas offer guided and unguided boat rentals to explore
the waters around Sanibel, Captiva, and Pine Island. Fishing and
shelling are excellent. Dock at a restaurant for lunch. Waterskiing
and Scuba Diving are also offered.
Cycling:
Twenty-five miles of paved bike paths lead to shops, restaurants,
wildlife centers and beaches.
Wildlife, Hiking and Walking, Bird Watching, Canoes and Kayaking:
Wildlife refuge and conservation areas occupy nearly half the
island, including the famous 6,300-acre Ding Darling National
Wildlife Refuge, home to 238 species of birds, more than 50 types of
reptiles, and 32 different kinds of mammals. The refuge features
wonderful bird watching spots, bike and walking paths, winding canoe
trails and a four-mile scenic drive. Guided boat tours and kayak
rentals are offered.
Restaurants and Shopping:
Sanibel and adjacent Captiva offer many unique shops and
restaurants, as well as live entertainment.
