fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and garbage disposal. Sleeping five comfortably, it has
a king-sized
bed in the master bedroom and twin beds
in the guest room. All rooms are tastefully furnished. The kitchen is new with granite counters and
new appliances. The condo is
fully equipped
with cooking utensils, flatware, dinner service, glassware, towels, linens,
blankets, beach
chairs, 3 cable TVs, 1 VCR, 1 DVD, etc.

Heated swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness room, mens and womens locker room, private beach access
pathway, covered parking, on-site 24 hour security, laundry facility on each floor, and lush
expansive
greenspace and tropical plantings and gardens complement the facility.

Swimming, tennis, biking, fishing, shelling, parasailing, snorkeling, shopping, eating, drinking,
tanning,
socializing, porpoise and manatee watching, and most importantly relaxing. You are close to the
Everglades
National Park to see our native birds and gators. Also there are several marinas on the island
where you can
rent a boat to visit the many secluded islands or go fishing.

Shorter periods of time may be available. Weekly rate of $1,550 with a 2 week minimum available
