Thank you for your inquiry. Our house is located 30 seconds from the
sand on a beautiful piece of beach in Ocean Beach. This home is
located in the nicest part of Ocean Beach on the border of Seaview.
The house has 5-6 bedrooms and is bi-level. All the beds are in great
condition. The home comes with all sheets, pillowcases and
comforters. The maid cleans the home before and after your stay with
an optional midweek cleaning. The living room is very large with
great couch space. There is also a separate sunlit sunroom with cozy
couches and chairs perfect for relaxing with a good book or just
taking an afternoon nap. We have a wrap around deck and the back of
the deck is very private and up high with beautiful trees around it.
Listen to the waves as they wash onto the beach only steps from this
home. The deck features a couple of tables, chairs and lounge
furniture with cushions. Of course the Weber BBQ is always ready for
a great cookout. There is a very large and well stocked kitchen with
new oven, microwave, dishwasher, silverware, dishes, cups, bowls,
glasses, paper products, pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc.
There is a brand new washer and dryer for your use. New 50 Inch HD Plasma TV in Living, LED TV's in Master Bedroom and Tripple Bedroom
All the modern conveniences including maid service, stereo, DVD,
Direct SAT TV, working fireplace, board games, Wireless Verizon DSL Internet Service. (Bring your Laptop).
Boogie boards, beach chairs, Red Wagon at ferry dock for your use,
kid friendly(Tons of Board Games).  2 bathrooms, one with a shower and and 2 outdoor showers. The large dining room
and dining room table holds 10 people. If you are interested, please book as
early as possible. This home sells out quickly.
