Vacation Rental Description

Relax in the tranquility of the Roman countryside.  Beautiful villa 
overlooking Terminillo mountains (ski area) with four bedrooms 
and two full baths, one with shower stall.  Master Bedroom has a 
huge terrace and the junior master has another terrace. The bedrooms 
are all on the top floor. The bottom floor, adjacent to the garden 
has a large american kitchen with dining table for 10. The main 
salon has two couches with a big fireplace and flat screen tv with 
surround sound. Then there is the large portico all french glass 
with large leather couch, full bar, and very bright for playing 
cards or just looking out to the surrounding mountains and 
countryside. This villa lies on 5 acres of wooded fruit and olive 
trees just 45 minutes north of Vatican City in Rome. The villa comes 
equipped with a staff for cooking and cleaning.   

Vacation Rental Amenities

Five acres to walk and pick fruit or olives or walnuts in the 
countryside of Roma...tranquility after a full day of shopping in 
Roma or nearby Rieti. There is a car available for airport pickups 
and shopping tours of the area, the wineries or the Amalfi Coast. 

Located in a small village in Torricella in Sabina, the beautiful 
mountain ranges of Sabina, where the best olive oil in the world is 
grown.  Each year we pick olives in early December and it is 
processed within 10 days.
Fruit is readily available for the picking in the early to late 
summer.  Town market is on Tuesdays in the main piazza!

Vacation Rental Rates

The rates are for one bedroom per night including breakfast,(100Euro) 
since there is a cook on premises. If the family wants lunch and 
dinner this can be arranged as well. There is a car available for 
pickups to and from the airport for an additional 100.00 Euro each 
way regardless of two or four people. We accept all major credit 
cards.
