This is a one of a kind home that radiates warmth and cozy elegance.
It has everything you’ll need for a relaxing vacation or a business

It is located in a quiet and private cul-de-sac, only minutes from
Las Vegas Blvd (the Strip). The airport is 5 minutes away; Mandalay
Bay casino is less then 3 miles.
The Las Vegas Outlet Mall is a 10 minute walk.
The elegant living spaces on the inside are also present outdoors.
Let’s start inside:
The kitchen, family room, dining room and living room are in the
center of the home, forming a very large and spacious common area
under a vaulted wood beam ceiling.
The kitchen has all stainless appliances, unique granite counters,
backlit onyx counter seating for 4-6 and comes fully equipped;
coffee maker, espresso machine, blender, microwave, reverse osmosis
purified drinking water system, cooking utensils and cookbooks. The
dining room seats 8, the family and living room has plenty of
lounging options, sofa, loveseat, queen sleeper sofa, a large plasma
TV and a game table.
On one side of the common area there are two bedrooms, one with a
queen bed, overlooking the front garden, the other with two twins,
pool side. They share one full bathroom.
On the other side, the third bedroom has a queen bed and a desk for
all your office needs, high speed
internet and satellite TV. It has a walk in closet and full bathroom.
The private master suit has a walk in closet, bathroom with double
sink, Jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower, a King bed, LCD
satellite TV and it opens up to a veranda.
You can enjoy your breakfast here, listening to the birds and the
sound of the stream of the fish pond.
Outdoor living areas;
In the front garden, there is a large covered patio and an open
terrace with a fire pit and seating around for 8-10.
From the family room, you walk out to a beautiful oasis. First,
there is a large covered patio with wood beam ceiling, a comfortable
lounging area overlooking the pool and gardens. At the end of the
patio you’ll find the outdoor kitchen/dining room with gas grill,
refrigerator, patio table, seating 10-12 people.
Just off the dining/entertainment area you can enjoy the seven person top of the line Jacuzzi hot
tub with built in speakers.
Around the beautiful pool there is a custom lounge bed and sofa with
palapa top, a patio table and chairs and lots of other seating
places.

Pool heating is not included in the rates above, Hot tub heating is included.

The pool is not heated from November to March.
