This immaculate, cheery and fun decorated beach cottage accessorized w/ 4 new Boogie Boards is  
located right on the sand in Oceanside, CA and is perfect for your next stress- 
free vacation.  We are located in the south end of Oceanside that is not zoned for condos or  
multiple families in a house.  This provides for a quiet oceanfront vacation with the house to  
yourself without all the crowds more common close to the pier.  With two oceanfront decks and a  
beach level patio you can relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets fron our cheery and fun homw with  
privacy. This recently painted and remodeled beach cottage will bring to memory those lost childhood  
summers you spent roaming the beach and enjoying the simple pleasures of life and with high speed  
INTERNET you will never miss a thing!  Don't think about renting a home "across the  
street", "nearby" or "with a view" choose a cheery and fun oceanfront home that is right on the  
sand! That's us!

Walk out your front door and you will find nearby almost every  
possible activity! If you are a local you will know the surfing area as "green door". Surfing,  
boogie-boarding, swimming, sailing, para- 
sailing, deep sea fishing are all nearaby. 5 min from Legoland, fabulous Carlsbad  
Outlet Mall and Golf. 40 min to Sea World, Famous San Diego Zoo and  
Wild Animal Park. 1hr 15 min from Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm
