Vacation Rental Description

Extraordinary luxury townhouse completed in 2005 is located in a  
gated community on an Ocean City bay shoreline with breathtaking  
views. Located in the exclusive Sunset Island community,  
this “island” has 3 private bayside beaches and outdoor pool and  
heated-indoor pool, fitness center and clubhouse and interactive  
fountains. Inspired by Southern antebellum coastal townhouse  
communities, Sunset Island contains meandering brick sidewalks,  
porches designed for sitting, relaxing, and enjoying the water views,  
and beautiful streetscapes framing gorgeous dwellings. 
 
This four-story, end-unit townhouse has three porches and two  
balconies to enjoy views of the Ocean City bayside. There are  
5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Located on the first floor are French  
doors that lead to a bedroom containing a black wrought iron canopy  
bed. This floor is completed by full private bath, and a separate  
laundry room. There is also a 2-car garage, in addition to outside  
parking on covered pavers. 
 
The second floor boasts an open floor plan with fully equipped  
gourmet kitchen with double oven, smooth-top stove, microwave,  
water/ice dispensing refrigerator, dishwasher, solid-surface countertops,  
and a huge table large enough to seat all ten guests comfortably.  
There is also a more formal dining area suitable for intimate dining  
for a smaller number. The great room contains black rattan furniture  
outfitted with island print motiff cushions. A doorway from the  
great room leads to one of three covered porches containing  
comfortable wicker rocking chairs and a doublewide wicker glider.  
There is a balcony off the kitchen with oversized table and chairs  
for outdoor dining with a bayside view. 
 
The luxury master bedroom is located on the third floor and comes  
with a four-poster queen-size bed. A television and DVD player are  
hidden inside an armoire. Suitcases and other items can be stowed in  
the huge walk-in closet. The master bath comes with a large soaking  
tub, separate shower, double sink, and private toilet room. 
 
Also, on the third floor are two additional bedrooms complete with  
private balconies with wicker furniture and a shared full bath. Each  
bedroom contains a full-sized bed. 
 
The fourth floor master suite has a private sunning deck. There is  
also a queen-size bed and sitting area for TV/DVD viewing. A private  
bath with tub and shower complete this suite. 
 
The townhouse has an intercom and sound system, including CD player,  
to all rooms. There are three TVs with DVD players. Plantation  
shutters add privacy yet let in ample light and allow for water  
views. There are ceiling fans in the first floor bedroom and two master  
bedrooms. 
 
This home can comfortably accommodate 10 people with the 5 bedrooms.  
Dual-zone heat and central AC are included in the package. There is  
a 2-car garage and an outdoor shower. This is a luxury townhouse  
with upscale furnishings, artwork, and remarkable attention to  
detail.
