The Enchanted Cottage in Daytona Beach

Like staying at grandma's house... Clean and comfortable Cape Cod style home located just one block
from the river in Ormond Beach, an upscale suburb or Daytona Beach, just 6 miles to the north.
Cottage has two bedrooms; one with a firm queen size bed, the other with a twin bed and roll-away.
Decorated in cottage theme decor. Large livingroom with TV/DVD, radio/CD player, computer desk and
fax. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook even large meals. Bathroom has hairdryer.

Our cottage has most everything you'd find in a hotel, however we do not provide daily maid service,
but do have ample sheets, pillowcases and towels for your stay.

Dry goods in kitchen such as coffee, tea, paper plates, etc. are for your convenience on a "use it,
replace it" basis. There is a formal dining room and screened porch.

Cottage has central heat/air.

Range, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, all pans and utensils. 21" color TV with
DVD/VHS player, a movie libary case for you to use, a radio/CD player, a computer and fax machine,
telephone for local calls only. Central heat/air. Beds have cottage quilts, small TV in main
bedroom for your viewing pleasure. Formal diningroom. Screened porch with wicker furniture.

Boaters... bring your boat! Room to park your boat here, plus boat launch just one block away.
Beautiful riverwalk under bridge and park facilities there too. We are just 5 minutes from the
beach and 10 minutes from the Coast Highway to the north, a beautiful ride along the ocean up to
San Augustine, America's oldest city.

We are 10 minutes from Tomoka State Park, a nature preserve with canoe rentals and nature walks.
We are 20 minutes from the Daytona 500 speedway and NASCAR. There are three golf courses within
10 minutes drive.

Since the cottage is located in the Historic District, you can walk to downtown shops and cafes.

$500 per week most of the year. Higher for holiday weekends and special events. $275.00 3 night
weekend special, must book for Friday, Saturday and Sunday to get this rate. $100 reservation fee
required by bankcard, will be authorized only and not charged. $50.00 cleaning fee will only be
charged after your stay. Available April 1, 2008.
