Come enjoy our lakefront, family-friendly home in the Cove Creek
area of beautiful Norris Lake. The private dock and concrete
walkway down to the lake provide easy access for all your water
activities. A neighborhood boatramp is only 1/4 mile away, and the
property also accomodates additional boat and trailer parking if
necessary. Enjoy the double wrap-around deck with beautiful views
of the lake, and all the amenities of home in this well-cared for
getaway.

**Three bedrooms w/walk-in closets: 2 queen beds, 1 full bed
(1 bedroom on main level, 2 upstairs)
**Loft area with full size futon
**2 baths (1 upstairs, 1 main level)
**Fully equipped kitchen: Stove, refrigerator, microwave,

Enjoy boating, fishing, swimming and all the other fun activities
Norris Lake has to offer. The famous "jumping rock" is right around
the corner, as well as a ski slalom course tucked into a cove not
far from the house. Once back to Interstate 75, (about 12 miles
from the house) Knoxville is 30 minutes away, and Gatlinburg and
Pigeon Forge about an hour or so. There are local historical
museums and attractions in the area as well.

**Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend -- $1350 weekly.
Summer WEEKLY rentals only, although occasional shorter stays
are sometimes available on short notice with three night minimum
and $225 per night.

**Offseason (before Memorial Day weekend and after Labor Day
weekend) --- $150 daily or $1000 weekly. (Three night minimum
please.)

**Deposit is $300 for any length stay. It will hold your
reservation and become your security deposit at time of rental.

**Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.

**Check-in time is 4 p.m. day of arrival. Check-out time is 11 a.m.
day of departure. Please adhere to these check-in and check-out
times to allow adequate time for our cleaning service between
rentals. Thank you.
