New in the Market!!!
Sandy Lane is a great sister house to Sandy Shoes. It has two
bedrooms and two baths upstairs, and a separate bedroom, bath,
kitchen and living room downstair. Sandy Shoes is well appointed,
squeaky clean and super comfortable. A nice private touch for family
members who really want to get away from it all. We love this area,
tucked away in a little part of our world we call The Hammock, in
northern Flagler County.
Just a five minute walk on a very quiet lane to a very quiet beach.
No ocean views from the house - but, you'll hear the ocean day and
night - and very little else. See the stars at night with no light
pollution. Wander down the lane, past other homes as sweet as these
two. You don't have to worry about the kids or the dogs getting hit
by a car - just mosey along for five minutes - and hang out at the
beach for the day. You won't have to worry about finding a spot on
the beach.

You will find a king bed in the master suite, two twins in the
second
bedroom and a Sofa Bed in the living Room. There is a convenient
guest bath in the hall. The open kitchen and dining area has a
breakfast bar and French doors opening onto the double Deck.
Downstairs a queen in the bedroom and a table with 4 chairs
in the great room.
Please note that the Pool and fenced yard are shared with Sandy
Shoes. Get the bicycles out of the garage and pedal down to the
beach, or if you prefer to stay home and play ping pong or relax by
the Pool.

Flagler County has built a broad sidewalk that stretches along A1A
from Flagler Beach all the way up to Marineland - what a gorgeous
thirty mile bike ride. Take your tennis racquets and hit the ball at
the community courts. After a morning at the beach, drive north to
St. Augustine, about 25 minutes, and drink in all the beauty and
knowledge our nation's oldest city has to offer. If you just want to
hang out and not move a bit or, go fishing on the beach or in our
clean and delightful intracoastal waterway there's a boat ramp less
than a mile from the house and a beautiful park - Bing's Landing.
Bring your catch home and cook out on the grill. Remember, Sandy
Shoes is right next to Sandy Lane. So, you can bring your extended
family or group of friends. Each house sleeps eight.These homes are
delightful and we're very proud to offer them to you and your
family!
