This stunning 3000 Sq. Ft. Villa with 1500 Sq. Ft. South Facing Pool
Deck is located in Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, an exclusive community
15 minutes from Disney and 2 minutes from Southern Dunes
Golf Club. This Executive Villa is equipped with 7 mbps Broadband
Internet
PC and secure Wi-Fi, Games Room and we also have access to fishing on
our own
Lake. We even provide 3 Fishing Rods! We also have a large Gas BBQ
positioned on our Deck under the roof so you can BBQ and stay dry!

The Villa has five wonderful bedrooms including two Masters one with
a King, the other a Queen size Bed (both ensuite) and a further
three twin rooms. One of these rooms has an ensuite and is themed
with Sponge Bob Square Pants Soft Toys, T.V. and Boombox.

All bedrooms have Cable T.V. and the Masters also have DVD players.
We also have a Home Cinema System in the main Sitting room
plus a Playstation 2 in the upstairs Sitting Room with its own T.V.

The two sitting rooms are beautifully designed and the downstairs one
opens on to the Pool Deck. There is also a super Kitchen with
American Fridge and Cold Water/Ice dispenser, Dining Area and Utility.
We also have a Games Room with 8 ft Mizerak Championship Pool Table,
Air Hockey, and Foosball.

The 1500 Sq. Ft. South facing Pool/Spa area is fantastic and is huge
and has a Gas BBQ. We have especially extended the Deck and there is
simply a huge area to choose where to lounge.

The Pool/Deck area requires additional explanation as it is so
much better than the average. Firstly we have 5 of our own 15 foot
Palm Trees. Secondly there is no other home behind you, just views of
a green area. Thirdly, we have hedging each side for greater privacy.
Fourthly, we have a wonderful Spa and an Air Conditioned Pool
Bathroom. Fifthly, we have a huge covered lounging area and
covered eating area with Ceiling Fan.... and of course I could go on
and on, but I hope you get the picture!

This Villa without a doubt is in the top 5% of all Villas in

For activities our Villa has everything you could possibly want
within 1 hours reach. Of course Disney, SeaWorld, Universal and
Southern Dunes Golf Club are all much closer, but if you were
prepared to drive for about 60 minutes, you could go to the Coast
and the beaches, or Cape Canaveral or Busch Gardens amongst others.
Cocoa Beach is fantastic and is only 65 minutes away. My kids adore
it for Surfing!

And for when you want to stay at home, there is the Pool plus Spa,
and of course the Games Room, PS2, Home Cinema DVD System and fishing
from our own Lake.....we even provide Fishing Rods!

Shops, Supermarkets, UPS, and Restaurants (inc. the fabulous Manny's
Chophouse) are all only 2 minutes
away and for the Golfer you need travel no more than 2 minutes
to Southern Dunes Golf Club or 7 minutes to Greg Norman designed
Champions Gate Golf Resort, which is fabulous.

Disney is only approximately 15 minutes away and I can assure you
that you can stand under Cinderellas Castle for the end of the
Fireworks at the Magic Kingdom at 10.00 P.M. and be back in our
swimming Pool with a drink by 11.05 P.M.
