Vacation Rental Description

Departure cleaning is included in the rental rate for this property. 
Enjoy the views from the oceanfront deck of this first level, end 
unit beach home. King size bed is located in master bedroom. A 
smaller street side balcony is reached through the guest room. Wall 
mounted hair dryers in each bathroom. Non smoking unit. Unassigned 
parking limited to two cars. Available from September through April
on MONTHLY basis - contact owner for info.

CALL FOR INFO...CAN BE BOOKED W/1E adjoining unit, making 
5BR/4BA. Condo has been newly painted and carpeted with new 
furniture and decorator touches.  Now sleeps up to 8 as 2nd BR has 
trundle bed (two twins, lower pulls out..) and one double, KING in 
MBR and sleeper sofa in living room.
