Vacation Rental Description

If you are ready to enjoy the quiet away from the hustle and bustle 
of the city, want to enjoy nature's romantic sights and sounds, then 
you are ready for the charm of Idaho's panhandle. 

The cabin is located on 5.8 acres adjacent to the private Providence 
Lake and only minutes from the wonderful and pristine shores of the 
Pend Oreille Lake.  Wildlife abound in this setting with deer, 
moose, caribou, elk, eagle and many other animals. 

Just sit on the porch at night time with a full moon and enjoy the 
charm and mystic setting. You won't forget it and will come back for 
more.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 1 bedroom 
and 1 bath, living room, dining area. It is a perfect get-away for 
the couple who wants to enjoy peace and quiet. It has a maximum occupancy of 2 people.

Activities and Attractions

You can launch or rent a boat from either Garfield Bay or Bottle 
Bay, where swimming is wonderful as well during the summer months. 
It is only a few minutes drive away. 

Hiking paths are everywhere, but you can start out right from the 
cabin. The area abounds with wonderful sites.

Close by Sandpoint can bring you diversion with its quaint 
restaurants and little shops. 

Mount Schweitzer offers a great Ski destination during the winter 
months, but is worth the trip any time of year.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer rates (6-15 to 9-30) $850 per week
All other dates             $700 per week
Security Deposit            $750 refundable within 2-3 weeks 
Cleaning Fee                $100


The $750 security deposit will be refunded after the telephone bill 
is received. Your incurred telephone charges will be deducted from 
the deposit and any other damages or items missing.
