Charming Ocean Front Beach house in Flagler Beach

This charming beach house is located directly on the ocean, about
30' from the waters edge at high tide, 4 1/2 miles North of Flagler
Beach in a very private area of the beach. If you are looking for a
private beach area away from the condominiums and crowded beaches,
this is the place for you. We are right in the middle of all the
action, about 20 minutes From Historical St. Augustine, the same to
Daytona Beach and about 90 minutes from all the attractions in
Orlando.

This newly remodeled house has ceramic tile floors thru out, a large
living and dining room area, new kitchen cabinets and appliances,
and double French doors that open to a large screened porch that
over looks the ocean. It has a private out door shower area and
private dune walk over.We also have beach chairs, boggy boards and
an ocean Kayak for your use.
If you like to surf fish, the fishing in our back yard is some of
the best on the East Coast. We have everything you need to fish
except your rods. I will even give you my secrets on how to catch
lots of fish in the surf.

We live next door so we are near by to help you in any way that you
want to make your vacation more fun and interesting. We have all the
local knowledge about places to eat, shopping, things to do, places
to go, and site seeing in our area.
