Upper level master bedroom has a queen size bed, two twins along
with a crib and full bath with a shower.

Main level has 2 bedrooms. One room offers a queen size bed and the
other room has a bunkbed/full on the bottom twin on top. The
combination living room/Dining/kitchen is open & comfortable.
room/dining area and fully equipped kitchen allows enough room for
gathering and entertaining. leather couch and love seat have
only added to the comfort of this room.

The lower level is a finished family room with several couches, a
tv/dvd/vcr and ping pong table set up. A great place for the older
kids to relax. Washer and dryer are also on this level.

Gas heat and a woodstove allow for a warm comfotable stay. There are
two TV's along with a DVD and VCR and CD player for your use.

Summers offer peace and quiet and relaxation by the heated outdoor
pool. Story Land is a 10 minute ride and North Conway a short 20
minute ride.

Nicely decorated, updated furnishings. Fully equipped kitchen with
dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffemaker and more. HD Cable TV, DVD
VCR and CD player. Washer and dryer in the lower level.

Large deck with patio furniture and grill great for summer

Our house is conveniently located to many attractions. We are a 10
minute ride to Story Land and 20 minutes to North Conway.
Five major Alpine ski areas and Cross Country ski trails are
closeby. Attitash/Bear Peak is 1/3 mile away, Bretton Woods (35
minutes) WildCat(30 minutes) Black Mountain and Cranmore are close
driving distances. Sunday River is a 50 minute ride.

The valley offers Golfing, hiking, swimming, canoeing, mountain climbing,
kayaking great shopping and wonderful restaurants.

All rentals are subject to an additional 8% NH rooms tax along with
a security deposit of $250.00 returned following a thorough
