Beautiful 3 bedroom condo - 1900 sq.ft. at the south end of Marco 
Island. 5 min walk to  
beach entry, and boat dock at the condo. Small, quiet building with 
only 7 units.This  
beautiful, luxurious, newly refurbished condo is situated on an  
inland waterway in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac and is close to  
shops, restaurants, beaches and golf courses. 
 
The unit was totally refurbished in August 2006 and is an  
extremely well equipped and comfortable 'home from home'.  It  
comprises three double bedrooms (2 queen bedrooms and one twin  
bedroom).  The master bedroom has its own luxury shower room, walk- 
in 'his 'n her' closets, 27" cable TV and sliding doors opening on to  
the lanai overlloking the waterway.  The other two bedrooms have built 
in closets, lots of  
drawer space and share a luxury guest bathroom.  
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with new  
appliances.  There is a dishwasher, microwave and convection oven,  
fridge/freezer with ice maker and filtered water dispenser, electric  
oven, coffee maker, toaster and juicer.  There is a lanai off the 
kitchen with a charcoal bbq,  
and an electric bbq. In the large family room, there is comfortable 
seating for 8 people, a  
large screen digital cable TV (36") with over 80 cable channels 
including at least  
8 movie channels (HBO and Showtime).  There are also DVD, CD and  
Video players. This is an extremely spacious, sunny living area 
overlooking a spacious  
lanai. 
The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer. The  
garage has an electric door operated by remote control and allows you  
to park your car out of the heat of the Florida sun. 
 
The pool area is west facing and overlooks the dock and waterway.    
It is furnished with high quality patio furniture and a chickee hut. 
 
The heated pool measures 30x15 and is South West facing.  It enjoys  
the sun for most of the day.  From the pool area are steps down to  
the waterway and a private dock where you can moor and launch your  
boat. The dock is a fantastic place to sit and watch the manatees,  
dolphins and a large variety of fish.  If you are a fisherman, there  
is a fish table and snook light for your convenience.

High Season    December - April   $1500 per week      $4250per month 
Low  Season    May - November     $950 per week      $2400 per month 
 
Monthly prices include cleaning and pool heating (November - April) but  
excludes tax which is an additional 10% of rental cost.
