This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is on the third floor of the  
beautiful Shipwatch Pointe II resort community in Shore Drive behind  
the Straw Market and General Store. You'll love the indoor and  
outdoor pools, the huge outdoor Jacuzzi, and the beautiful courtyard  
setting. Only 350 ft. from beach. Has an enclosed pool for winter.  
This condo allows you to be close to all that Shore Drive has to  
offer, yet enjoy some quiet and solitude, and relax at the end of a  
busy day at the beach.  
 
 
This terrific location is centrally located between North  
Myrtle Beach, and Myrtle Beach near the new Tanger Outlet Mall and a  
Super Wal-mart. Only 4 miles to Barefoot Landing,  
with over 100 shops, and entertainment like Alabama Theatre, House  
of Blues, and many great restaurants. Only 1 mile from 2001,  
Bimini's, Rossi's, and a Kroger grocery store. Also, close to  
Broadway at the Beach, with shopping, Ripley's Aquarium, Planet  
Hollywood, Nascar Cafe, Hard Rock Cafe, and many more restaurants  
and attractions. Carolina Opry and Dixie Stampede shows are only 4  
miles away. Also close to many of the over 100 golf courses in the  
Myrtle Beach area.

September 1st to September 30th $550 per week  
October 1st to October 31st $450 per week  
November 1st to November 30th $350 per week  
December 1st to December 31st $200 per week  
 
Security deposit of $100 (returned to renter once unit has been  
inspected; keys and pass returned to owner) and a $50 mandatory  
cleaning fee to be added to total rental amount. We accept personal  
checks, Paypal. 
 
Winter Rates (Nov/Dec/Jan/Feb) $650/month, includes all utilites!!
