Water side luxury Villa -Rotonda (West facing) in Rotonda

Our home is based in Rotunda, a deed restricted community on the
gulf coast between Venice and Fort Myers.
Fully air conditioned the accommodation comprises of :-
3 Bedrooms. One master with king-size bed, sofa-bed (sleeps 2),  cableTV,
telephone, ceiling fans, pool access , walk in closet , en-suite
bathroom with dual sinks and vanity units, Jacuzzi bath and
separate roman shower.
Second bedroom has a queen-size bed with plenty of closet space
and pool access.
Third bedroom with twin beds and lots of closet space.
The second bathroom with tub and shower is easily accessible to the queen and twin room.
The kitchen has all you need with a breakfast bar and a nook
overlooking the pool , separate dining area, dishwasher, cooker,
microwave, range, oven, coffee maker, waste disposal and corian
worktops. Free internet access.
A comfortable lounge overlooks the pool and has cable TV, games
consol,CD and DVD players. . A range of DVDs are available for use and there are two book cases in the dining room with a wide range of reading material available.
There is a separate utility room with washing machine, dryer and
built in ironing board and a lockable internal door leading to the 2.5 car garage.
The large pool area backs on to one of the many waterways around the
area and the fully screened lanai allows you to enjoy the west facing
garden. Ideal for watching the sun go down with a cold glass of wine/beer/soda.
The “in villa” manual provides you with details on how to use all of
the equipment (vitally saving lots of time, wondering how to use it
and where is it!!!!) along with a list of local restaurants,/ all
tried and tested by ourselves.

Our local property management team are on hand to help with queries and provide a starter pack for your stay.

Extra features included in the rental are the use of 5 bicycles (3
adult, 2 children), pool toys, gas BBQ, beach chairs and umbrellas,
sun beds,fishing rods, all towels, both indoor and outdoor and bed linen.
There is also a built in radio/cassette player that enables you to play music
throughout the house and to the lanai, or just into selected rooms, which ever you prefer.

A small seating area in the kitchen provides and ideal desk for utilising the free internat access provided.

When not relaxing by the pool, which has a waterfall and a built in
table , there is plenty to do around Rotunda/Englewood . Although
after a hectic week perhaps at Disney (2.5 hours away) or Busch
Gardens (1.5 hours away) the pace of life here is definitely one of ,
total relaxation.
With several golf courses within a 15 minute drive and beautiful
white beaches nearby ( the closest is just a 15 minute drive away).

You can hire boats, jet ski or parasail all within 10 minutes drive.

Alertnatively you can play tennis at our local community park (less than 5 minutes away) for free.
Excellent shopping can be found at Port Charlotte (30mins) or some of
the large shopping malls within 1 hours drive at Ellenton or Naples.

A large range of information booklets on all the amenities locally and throughout Florida are provided in the Villa.

PRICES

5.1.2102 - 11.30.2012 $795 per week which includes cleaning and 12% taxes.

To 4.30.2012  $995 per week inclusive of 12% taxes and cleaning.
