Comfy Cottage on Lake Horace is perfect get away.
Less than 75 miles from Boston, half a mile down a well maintained
private road, our 3 bedroom cottage in the woods, sits on a double
lot for privacy and play.

Main floor has comfortably furnished livingroom w/fold out chair bed,
updated eat-in fully equipped kitchen
with breakfast bar that looks out thru windows to Lake. Master
bedroom with queen bed, guest room with 2 twin beds, full bath. Year
round cottage has wood stove to cozy up to on those chilly
nights. Walk out lower level has another bedroom, family room w/
tv/dvd palyer with double futon for extra guests, games, books,
puzzles, washer/dryer.
Off the kitchen is a new covered deck and large yard with picnic set,
glider,chairs, & gas grill for your relaxing pleasure.
Lake breezes, leafy trees keep the cottage cool & airy.

Only a stone's throw across the road from the house is our own dock
where you can park your boat or wade into crystal clear Horace Lake,
a 500 acre spring fed lake with great swimming, fishing, kayaking,
waterskiing, tubing. Just around the corner, is the sandy beach at
Chase Park!

Plenty of fun at the Lake and in the surrounding area!
Shop and dine in the Concord area, 20 minutes away. Visit the Christa
McAulliffe Space Center, NH Audubon Center, NH Speedway, Cantebury
Shaker Village all in less than an hour's driving. Travel over to
Portsmouth and the Sea Coast via Rt 4,Antique Ally, or up to the
Outlets, in an hour. The White Mountains and its attractions are an
easy day trip away.

Swim, fish, waterski, tube,lazy summer days on the
Lake are quiet and relaxing. Take a short trip out to the main road
to the new 9 hole golf course/driving range; antique in the area.
Visit the farmers market, concerts on the green, drive to Sunapee
for August NHL craft show or over to Loudon for the International
Speedway races!

Beautiful foliage and leaf peeping all Fall just outside your door!
Close to Henniker, New England College, Hopkinton State Fair,
Hillsborough County Agricultural Fair. Pick your own Apples and
blueberries just up the road!

weekends $300 Friday -Sunday; flexible weeks $500-600

Summer:
By the week only $800, discount available for consecutive weeks Some
weekends available for $400.
