Third home back from White Sands Beach Park on a quiet secluded street ending in a cul-de-sac.  Upstairs has 2 baths, King in Master Bed, 2nd bedroom has Queen and twin, large kitchen & living area, and a large lanai that is the 'favorite room' in the house.  Downstairs apartment has King Bed and kitchenette.

5-7 minute drive to downtown kona, two minutes drive to Keauhou shopping center (KTA upscale grocery) and Movie Theatres, two minutes drive to the best snorkeling park on the island.

We supply boogie boards, beach chairs / mats / towels, ice
chest, kitchen supplies, seasonings, floor futons for kids, wireless
internet, laundry soap and more.

We love kids! No extra charge for kids. Free use of crib,
stroller, highchair, etc.

Washer & Dryer with detergent and softener provided.

Rates: $169 - $199/ night. Winter 1-1 to 4-15, $179 - $199 / night. Rates vary based on season, length of stay, and number in party. Different rates apply for Ironman, Christmas. Please add 12.42% Hawaii state tax and the one time only cleaning fee of $135

We loved Hawaii and this home. I have absolutely no complaints. The house was charming and comfortable. I don't anticipate being back next year, though. The house and location was just perfect for us

I have to tell you the house and location was just perfect for us and was a super value over all hotels we had found. All of us were comfortable and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. The boogie boards got quite a workout as did the well-appointed kitchen. The location was just close enough to the beach without getting noise from the main road. There were tons of handy supplies and extras. The lanai was super comfy, the resident birds highly atmospheric and entertaining and the steady breeze from the ocean kept things cool. We loved Kona so much we may be back in January (just the two of us)! Thanks again for providing such a lovely, reasonably-priced, very clean family-friendly home to enhance our vacation. - Linda and David R., Seattle WA July 2011

Well laid out with lots of room

We had a FABULOUS stay at this house. The home is well laid out with lots of room and everything we needed for cooking up a storm. I'm pretty sure, whenever there, we ate all our meals out on the fabulous lanai. I also liked early mornings on the lanai, watching the birds take a bath in the neighbor's bird bath... and sunsets were awesome of course. I also enjoyed the local TV station's hula festival coverage, on the nights that we happened to be "home." Well, not MY home, just the home of my dreams. Thanks for all.
