Vacation Rental Description

 Enjoy ocean or park views from every room. 
Modern and Spacious Oceanview Condo overlooks Main Beach Oceanfront Park and Fort Clinch State Park. 
The condo has an open floor plan, high ceilings and over 1600 square feet of living space. 

Watch the sun rise over the ocean from the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. 
Watch the sun set over the state park from the other two bedrooms.  

This 3rd floor unit has elevator access and is 200 steps from the ocean. 
Just cross a quiet street and walk 150 yards down the sidewalk through the oceanfront park to reach the 
beach. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Swimming pool, jacuzzi, washer and dryer, cable TV.  

High speed internet access with wireless modem. Use the desktop computer in the master bedroom or bring 
your own laptop computer.

Bikes and beach chairs are in the garage. 

The master bedroom has a king size bed, another bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom 
has two twin beds with trundle beds underneath them.

Activities and Attractions

Activites include fishing, swimming, sailing, biking, bird watching, fossil hunting (ice age fossils and sharks 
teeth). 

The adjacent state park has a fishing pier, shady bike trails, a roller blading trail and a historic fort.

Playgrounds, tennis courts, golf courses, a skateboard park, volleyball sand courts, basketball courts, and a 
miniature golf are nearby. 

Take a 2 mile bike ride past marshes, parks, residential areas and the historic district to the marina and 
downtown Fernandina with scores of shops and restaurants.

Body surf and swim in the state's cleanest water. In Florida, the longshore current moves water from north to 
south along the east coast. As a result, the areas downstream from Cumberland Island (Fort Clinch - Main 
Beach area) and Cape Canaveral National Seashore have perfect records after years of weekly water sampling.
