We are different than the other vacation rentals, we live locally and are here to accommodate your needs just like a hotel.  If you have any special needs, please ask, we will be happy to accommodate.

We have Verizon Fios Internet, TV, and Phone! Long Distance included!  Also - included is a DVR so you can easily record your programs and fast forward through commercials!

We are small pet friendly and love to make other people feel comfortable while on vacation. Please give us a ring, we allow daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, and long-term rentals.  Oh, and the coffee is on us!

The quiet, affordable, comfortable, clean residential home is located in Colonial Hills, East of US 19 off Moog Rd, and located between Grand Blvd and Madison Street.  This location is 16 miles North of Clearwater, and 30 miles NW of Tampa.

The home is a concrete block home and is located in a non-flood zone, and non-evacuation zone.  This is a worry-free home!!

It is walking distance to the local library/convenience
store/pizza/sub shop. 

The home is described as having warm colors, it is a two bedroom home with 3rd room converted to a bedroom with its own climate control A/C, there are two full baths, and a two car garage. There is a living room and a family room seperate from each other.  The entire house is ceramic tiled, so it is cleaner and cooler (no allergies allowed at this home!)

The two car garage is ceramic tiled has living room furniture and a dinette table for any larger gatherings you might have when friends or family are visiting.  We can also move the furniture aside, and you can park in the garage as well.

This home is a corner home with beautiful landscaping. The front porch is shaded to enjoy the breeze with your morning coffee and the back porch is open to enjoy the Florida sun for tanning. 

The Master bedroom and Second bedroom have Queen size beds and dressers.  The Third room has two full size beds and two dressers, and seperate climate control if desired.

The kitchen has an open bar to the large family room.  Kitchen is equiped with microwave, electric stove, and side by side refrigerator with water dispenser. A large tub washer and dryer and seperate sink located in its own laundry center in the garage.

The formal living room/dining room is large and is nice for extra sitting and eating space for visitors/guests.

There are three televisions with Direct TV in the Family Room, Living Room, and Master Bedroom. 

This home is extremely quiet!  When sitting outside, there are virtually no annoying noises, all the neighbors are quiet and since it is a corner home, the bedrooms are located on the corner side which also makes the bedrooms very quiet when you are sleeping. 

Peaceful serenity describes this home to a tee!

You will be very pleased with this residence and will want to return year after year!

Nightly - $100

Weekly - $600

Deposit information for reserving our vacation home:

$100 deposit for 1 to 5 day rentals.
$200 deposit for weekly rentals.
$300 deposit for bi-weekly rentals.
$600 deposit for monthly rentals.
Inquire for deposit for long term rentals.

$100 cleaning fee is deducted from deposit.

There are absolutely no hidden fees.

We know that every situation is different, so variation to these

This is a non-smoking home, therefore, smoking is not permitted
inside the home. There is a designated smoking area on the porch
for any in your party or any guests who must smoke.
