Vacation Rental Description

Hacienda Roja is a Magical Mexican Guest House in Sayulita Village.
You will be in your own flower filled private paradise. 
We have boutique style bedroom suites  each with full bathroom. 
 There is a fully equipped kitchen and bar-b-ques for your use.
Enjoy our dipping pool with waterfall and glorious tropical patio for afternoon lounging.
 Hacienda Roja has wheelchair access, and is a comfortable spot for people of all ages.
It's just a short walk to the town plaza and both of the favorite beaches are less than a 10 minute 
stroll. 
No big hills to climb after a day at the beach. We are located in the best spot in 
town.
Our onsite property managers are available to help you with all your needs.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Each of the 3 bedrooms have full private bath. 
One bedroom/bath and the entire patio and kitchen are wheelchair 
accessible.
We have stereo, DVD and VCR.
Wireless connection. BRING YOUR LAPTOP
Vonage phone service for calls to the U.S. and Canada
Beautiful courtyard patio with dipping pool, and 
lots of privacy.
Relax in the hammock under the flower covered ramada for your afternoon siesta. 
Upstairs the patio has view of the village and tropical banana grove. 
This is the place for morning coffee, evening BBQ and stargazing.

Stereo, wireless internet, DVD 
players. Lots of games and books in the cupboards.  
Full kitchen - bottled water for cooking, drinking and ice cubes.  
Maid service available.  
Additional services such as cook and babysitter available for an 
extra fee and please inquire asap.
 
 

Activities and Attractions

Surfing, kayaking, snorkeling, swimming, fishing, birdwatching, 
beachcombing, hiking, horseback riding, yoga and massage. Plenty of nightlife in Sayulita, live 
music nightly, and an easy walk back to Hacienda Roja.
Eat, drink and relax in this eclectic and very mellow village.  
Fresh fish and shrimp available daily if you wish to do your own 
cooking. Lounge on the patio and soak up the sun, dip in the pool. 
We are close to Puerto Vallarta and several other beach towns that 
offer gourmet food and great shopping. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$1600 per week October 15 through June 15
$600 to $1200 per week June 15 to Oct 15
Discounted price for 2-3 people
50% Deposit required to reserve dates. 
One week minimum 

7 people maximum. Pleaase inquire for rates if you have less than 6 
people.

3 bdrms and 3 baths, $1600 per week
Dipping pool, cooking and babaysitting available extra charge, . Maid service bi weekly
