We have two other homes for rent if this one is rented.

Beaches, views, community pool - what more could you ask for? Three beds and a couch will sleep seven.  Our private and cozy condo has both mountain and canyon views. You can enjoy sunrise over the mountains from the master bedroom and stunning sunsets over the canyon from the living room, second bedroom or spacious deck. It is "designer decorated" with our own personal touches, beautiful antiques, oriental rugs, baby grand piano, and charming, petite English garden and orchid garden. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac, only minutes to our fabulous beaches, trails and downtown area. We live in this home, so our things are there. However, when we travel, we want you to enjoy our home as we do.
The master bedroom is furnished with lovely old family antiques,  including a full-sized four poster bed. You will wake up to a gorgeous sunrise over pink and purple mountains. The second bedroom/office has a full-sized sofa-bed and a queen-sized Murphy  bed, and is also furnished with antiques. It too has stunning canyon and sunset views. There is a regular sofa in the living room if you bring a 7th person.

You will feel comfortable entertaining here. The fully equipped kitchen and darling breakfast nook have cookware, silverware, coffee maker, silver trays, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave, convection oven and a large refrigerator/freezer. You can enjoy the CD Player, TV with cable, computer/internet access (WiFi),  cozy gas fireplace, large deck, gas BBQ, pool, stained glass artwork, easy parking and much more. This is a home that is loved.

Santa Barbara has so many delights. For the active/athletic we
have golf, aerobic classes, horseback-riding, jet-skiing, scuba
diving, sailing, kayaking, fishing, bike rentals, surfing, hiking
and much more. Depending on the season you can take a whale
watching tour, enjoy a sunset cruise of the harbor or an evening
at the Santa Barbara Symphony or concert at the world famous
Music Academy of the West. Many top entertainers and concerts play
at the Santa Barbara Bowl. We have a fabulous Natural History
Museum, Art Museum and Botanical Gardens. During Polo Season you
can watch world renowned professional teams at the Santa Barbara Polo
Club. Less than 30 scenic miles past Lake Cachuma along Highway 154
through the hills of the Los Padres National Forest, you can enjoy a
day trip to the unique Danish village of Solvang, catch a play
during theater season, try your luck at the Chumash Casino or enjoy
wine tasting and tours of our many, exceptional vineyards.

Hearst Castle is only about 120 miles away or you could take a 90
minute drive to Los Angeles for a play or the theater.

$250 per night 2-6 nights, $1600 per week

Rates go down for longer stays, and down to $150 per night for 30 days or more.
Great rates for 30 days or more
Some holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum and are a higher rate.

UCSB Graduation is a 4 night minimum at $350 per night.

$500 refundable security deposit, less a $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
We take Paypal for payment. 

The owner has never allowed pets, however, a neighborhood cat has recently become friendly, and stops by occasionally.  She has let the cat inside.  Now, the owner may consider a pet with an additional pet deposit and information on the pet.

Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am. If the condo is
vacant the day prior to arrival, an earlier check-in time may be
possible. We will also try to be flexible with the times.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We know this is a vacation for you, and we want to be accommodating,
but we must have a cancellation policy.
1. Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival forfeit $200.00.
2. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full deposit.
3. Cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full deposit and one-half of the rental amount.
4. Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full deposit and the full rental amount.
If you cancel this reservation and forfeit rent, you may be eligible to use the forfeited rent as a credit toward a future rental period, subject to availability. This is not a guarantee, but we will try to help you come for another visit.
