Rustic Cabin on Bear Island, Lake Winnipesaukee, NH. 
Sleeps 8, 2BRs and a large sleeping loft w/4 twins. 
3/4 Bath, spacious Kit, spacious LV/DIN Area.  
Upper and lower decks lead to waterfront areas. 
A new 40'dock and a 32' dock provide ample docking space also  
available is a deep water mooring for larger/sail boats. 
Stairs lead to sandy bottom swim area, with swim raft 25yds off shore.

Vacation Rental Amenities

New 19' TV provides only marginal TV reception, it is for DVD and VCR  
use.Telephone is local only out bound, world wide inbound. Cell phone  
service is good. Laptop wireless reception good. Cabin has large  
kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, glass ware, flat ware, electric stove/oven, micro- 
wave,blender, Coffee Maker, new large refrigerator and electric  
griddle.                                                         
Paper products provided.   
Sheets, pillow cases and towels available for a fee or bring your own.
