In addition to the spectacular view, this 4 bdrm home has all the amenities you are looking for...... updated kitchen appliances, hot tub, wireless internet access, 4 CATV's (2 with DVD/VCR players), a CD player, telephones with answering machine, full size laundry room, dishwasher, ice maker,microwave, garbage disposal, gas grill, high chair and portacrib are just a few of the amenities provided for your vacation enjoyment.

The short walk to the private beach access(only 3 blocks)couldn't be easier as a large "wonder wheeler" is provided for toting chairs, umbrellas, towels and coolers. You will also have access to Sound beaches and the marina with a special permit you receive at check in.

WATAVU is also centrally located to the many sites and activities offered on the Outer Banks. You are only 8 min. from the quaint waterfront town of Duck, with lots of water sports,activities, charming seaside shops and restaurants. The house is also within 20 min. of 6 golf courses. Enjoy our four lighthouses, the Wright Bros. Memorial, Jockey's Ridge State Park, the wild horses of Corolla or visit Roanoke Island (home of the first English colony), Elizabethan Gardens and NC Aquarium.
