Villa Marianna in Kefalonia Island

This beautiful villa is located in the charming port of Agia Efimia,
in a small and tranquil road of the village. It is a comfortable
house offering high quality accommodation for up to 8 persons.
The house has 2 floors, but only the ground floor is for rental
provided.
The interior is elegantly and carefully decorated with furnishings
of the highest standard.
Outside there is a beautiful Mediterranean garden: lemon trees,
oleanders and hibiscus surround the sitting area.
You will find all you need for your holidays in a distance of 5-10
min walk: small flint bays with crystal clear water, lovely taverns
and cafés, shopping facilities, motorboat rental, moped or car-hire,
a diving school and sailing facilities. This makes the villa the
perfect place for all wanting to spend peaceful holidays with family
or friends without a car rental being necessary.

The villa has
- 4 individually decorated bedrooms, all with air conditioning,
opening on to a balcony:
1 bedroom with double bed and 3 bedrooms with twin beds
- 3 bathrooms: 1 with bath,WC and 2 with shower,WC
- separate kitchen room: fully equipped kitchen with 4 ring stove,
oven, freezer, fridge, dishwasher, microwaver, kettle, coffee
maker, toaster
- living-dining area opening on to a terrace, satellite-TV, DVD-player
- laudry room with washing machine
- garden with garden furnishings and parasols

A central heating system provides the opportunity for Villa Marianna
to be rented over the Spring and Autumn seasons, even over the
winter.

In the center of Agia Efimia (10 min walk) you will find rental of
motorboats and sailingboats, a proffesional diving school, tennis
court and a lot of idyllic white pebble coves, which are ideally for
snorkelling. You can also take the ferry and visit the beautiful
island of Ithaca for one day.

In approx. 10 km distance you will find breathtaking beaches such as
Myrtos and Antisamos beach, the port of Sami and natural beauties of
the island such as the Melissani lake (=blue cave), the Drogaratti
cave (150 mil. years old with rare stalagmites and stalactites), or
the Monastery of Grilia (with spectacular views of Ithaca and the
Ionian Sea).

The region of Agia Efimia is ideally for hiking and mountain
climbing. Furthermore, you can arrange a date for a riding horse
course, which takes place outside of Sami (approx. 15 km from the
Villa).
