Beach Dreams is a cottage village featuring two bedrooms (one queen, one double) full bath, den, kitchen and three season porch with glass/screen panels. Comfy furnishings and all the appliances you'll need make for a cozy retreat including TV with DVD. Built in stereo system includes CD, cassette and am/fm. The cottage village is situated on 40+ acres and has two swimming pools, hot tub, tennis court, a club house with gym and game room and plenty of walking and hiking trails close by. Beautiful Moody, Ogunquit and Wells beaches are nearby by either car, bike or trolley. Return home to enjoy the three season screened/glassed porch. theatre. Or you can enjoy the many fabulous dining spots featuring
Maine lobsters and other sea fare. Outlet shopping is nearby in
both Kittery and Freeport or stroll the quaint village shops in
downtown Ogunquit and picturesque Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way.

Off Season: May 1-May 28, 2011 and 10/1/2011-10/31/2011 $695 per week; 3 night minimum @ $95 per night
Mid Season: 5/28/2011-7/2/2011 and 9/3/2011-10/1/2011 $895 per week
High Season: 7/2/2011-9/3/2011 $1100 per week
Long weekends or mid-week subject to availability
$75 cleaning fee; $200 security deposit; 7% Maine sales tax
