Vacation Rental Description

Our villa is furnished to a high standard, it is fully air 
conditioned, and is equipped with everything to make your stay an 
enjoyable one.
It is situated in a quiet cul de sac,  with a SOUTH FACING pool not 
over looked, on Southern 
Dunes, a very popular, all year round 24 hour security gated 
community. Set in attractive landscaped grounds of lawns, pines, and 
eucalyptus trees. This location is suitable for golfers, families 
and groups.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The villa sleeps up to 10 persons, and is larger than the average 
villa with over 2000 sq. ft. of living space. 
We have 4 bedrooms.
1 master bedroom with large walk in closet, wardrobe and cable TV. 
The en suite consists of shower, bath, toilet and 2 basins.
1 queen bedroom with wardrobe, adjacent bathroom with shower 
cubicle, toilet, and basin. 2 twin bedrooms both with wardrobes and 
shared bathroom, with bath shower over bath, toilet and basin. One 
with a PS2.
We have a large family room with comfortable sofas, patio doors 
which look out onto the pool and deck area, it has FREE wi fi 
internet access, a CD player, cable TV 
with DVD/VCR, an assortment of films, books and games. Additional 
living room provides ample space for 2 families sharing without 
feeling over crowded.
There are 2 dining areas one in the nook next to the kitchen and the 
other suitable for more formal dining. 
The fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and microwave, is 
an open plan design, allowing everyone to feel part of the family - 
even the cook! The laundry room contains a washing machine and 
tumble drier.
We have a games room with Foosball/air hockey/ and pool tables, fun 
for all the family.
There is a fully screened, not over looked, south facing swimming 
pool with optional heating(recommended in the winter months). The 
covered lanai has a patio table and chairs for shaded outdoor dining 
and loungers on which to  relax and soak up the Florida sunshine.
For your peace of mind we have a reliable management team, who live 
on the community. They will assist with any queries during your stay 
and can be contacted in an emergency 24houyrs a day.
All bedlinen and house towels are provided, a telephone enables free 
local calls and long distance by credit card. 

Activities and Attractions

On site amenities include free tennis courts, basketball courts, 
children's play area, communal swimming pools, recreation centre 
with gym. 18 hole championship golf course, driving range and 
clubhouse with bar, restaurant and pro golf shop.
Off site 24 hour Walmart, pharmacy, bank, petrol(gas) station, 
various restaurants all within walk in distance.
Southern Dunes is 30 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from 
Disney world and other main attractions, and 10 minutes from Highway 
192 where there is an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment.
