Vacation Rental Description

Oceanfront,1 bdrm/1 ba,NO Smoking,No pets,first floor condo.Over-
sized,open,and airy with 
golf course view.Totally redecorated in tropical motif,NEW 
EVERYTHING.The unit sleeps 1-4 persons.The bedroom has a king size 
bed with tv/vhs.The living room has a queen sleeper sofa,27 inch 
tv/dvd/vhs player.The entire unit is tiled.There is central 
ac/heat,washer/dryer,full kitchen with modern microwave oven.This 
unit is completely funished with all linins and bedding,dishes 
silverware,pots and pans,and all amenities(including cable,2 
phones,utilities and dial up or wireless internet).It is a short 
walk to the pool and only a few 
more steps to the beach.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The resort features 3 pools,heated in the winter.One is large with 
Tiki bar for food and drinks,jaccuzzi hot tub and wadding pool.There 
is also an ocean front restaurant near this pool for formal 
dining.There is a par-3 
nine hole executive golf course which is free in the off-season and 
only $3 greens fee in season.There are 10 tennis courts with 
professional lessons offered at a fee.The resort also offers 
racquetball/squash & paddleball courts,a 6-hole minature golf 
course,Bocce ball,an exercise room with sauna and showers.This is a 
gated community with security

Activities and Attractions

Fort Pierce Marina,only 3 miles away, offers both deep sea fishing 
and party 
boats.Surf fishing is only steps away.You can catch 
Pompano,snook,bluefish and more.In the Indian River there is 
trout,redfish and snapper.Bass fishing is less than an hour away at 
Lake Okeechobee.If 
you enjoy our national sport,baseball is only a half hour away.The 
N.Y. Mets have Spring practice in Port St Lucie to our South and the 
L.A. Dodgers practice in Vero Beach to our North.Other attractions 
in the Ft Pierce area are Manatee,dolphin and wildlife tours,Jai-
Alai,Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute and the UDT Navy Seal 
Museum.Orlando's attractions,Disney World,Sea World,Epcot,Universal 
Studios and The 
Kennedy Space Center,are only 2 hours or less north of us.There are 
numberous restaurants in the area for casual and formal dinning.

December 13,2008 thru April 25,2009--$2600/month or $750/week,$250 security 
deposit,$70 for cleaning fee upon departure.

May 3,2008 thru Dec.12,2008--$1500/month or $450/week,$250 security 
deposit,$70 for cleaning fee upon departure.
