entire unit is tiled. The kitchen is completely remodeled with all wood cabinets and a custom built
island that sits 4. It is fully stocked and has all new appliances.There is also a washer and dryer
in the condo.This unit is completely funished with all linins and bedding,dishes, silverware,pots
and pans,and all amenities. It is a short walk to the pool and only a few more steps to a
spectacular pristine 3,000 ft beach.

The resort features 3 pools,heated in the winter.One is large with
Tiki bar for food and drinks,jaccuzzi hot tub and wadding pool.There
is also an ocean front restaurant near this pool for formal
dining.There is a par-3
nine hole executive golf course which is free in the off-season and
only $3 greens fee in season.There are 10 tennis courts with
professional lessons offered at a fee.The resort also offers
racquetball/squash & paddleball courts,a 6-hole minature golf

Fort Pierce Marina,only 3 miles away, offers both deep sea fishing
