Welcome to THE HALEIWA at Sunrise Condominium. This deluxe three 
bedrooms, two bathrooms condominium is part of the Sunrise 
Condominiums Complex, the best location of Tamarind. The resort is 
within steps of the beautiful Tamarindo beach, Costa Rica's most 
notable surfing destination

From the living room or master bedroom, look out on the beautiful, 
blue Pacific Ocean as well as the huge pool and waterfall provided 
for the enjoyment of our guests.

Enjoy a good book and the pool or ocean view from the private 
terrace. Our condo has been individually designed, combining 
contemporary pleasure with local influences.

The Haleiwa is a fantastic 1800 sq. ft. penthouse condominium with 
breathtaking ocean views, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, designer decor, a/c, 
cable tv, 3 TVs, granite countertops, laundry room, telephone, 
wireless internet, maid service included (2 times a week); and the 
complex is gated, with 24/7 security, dedicated parking, elevators 
and beautiful lanscaping. This magnificent unit sleeps up to 7 
people; the master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom a quee 
bed, the 3rd bedroom 2 twin beds and the living room has a queen 
size pull out couch.

From the Property Manager office, which is few steps from the condo, 
you can arrange tours, shuttle service, cooker, babysitter and more.
