Sea Turtle Cottage. Just Steps From the Beach! - 2 units in Flagler Beach

This comfortable pair of cottages, each with separate entrances, offers privacy and beautiful, unobstructed sunrise views over the ocean. The constant pounding of the surf draws you to walk the few easy steps across A1a and walk down to the private sandy beach or just sit up high on the bench overview and watch the surfers and fishermen fish off the pier. Each cottage sleeps 6 and perfect for two couple's or a small family's get-away. Rent both units together for larger parties and save $100. Town is a short 1/2 mile away or take an easier walk to the Topaz next door and ask to use the pristine swimming pool for a small fee and eat at the indoor/outdoor restaurant, The Blue. Each cottage has two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a washer/dryer, two baths(side B only), a private garage and the functional kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for an easy dinner at home.  A lot of rentals in Flagler do not have easy access to the beach since walk-downs are between the blocks and many are private, but we have a walk-down just steps away so families have VERY easy access to the gorgeous beach.

I love this place. It's simple but it is comfortable and clean.  If you grew up coming to Flagler or St. Augustine and want to re-create those memorable trips for your family, this is the place for you. 

Unit A 2 bedrooms,1 central bath, washer/dryer in garage. On paved road off A1A.

Unit B 2 bedrooms,2 bath on suite, washer/dryer in bedroom. Dirt road from beach.

Both units have private entrances and patios to enjoy the ocean.

High speed wireless Internet, TVs, VCR/DVD players, full kitchen including; dishes / utensils /
cookware / microwave / coffeemaker. All linens/ towels /cleaning supplies/ iron and ironing boards/ hairdryers. Both units have separate central A/C and heat and side B has an electric fireplace heater. Beach chairs, boogy boards,and bar-b-que grill are in the garage.

If you are looking in the Flagler Beach area, you must already know that there is  so much to do. Kayaking, nature trails, and convenient biking are right outside your door. Marineland has a fantastic dolphin swim experience that is relatively affordable but should be booked in advance of your trip.  St. Augustine and Daytona Beach are within 30 minutes drive and Orlando is a short 1 hour and a 1/2 away if you want to take a day trip to the theme parks. 

White Orchid Spa is just a short walk away if you are interested in any spa activities- they are outstanding!!!!!

Close to many wonderful restaurants and shops in Flagler Beach - Blue at the Topaz, A1A Burrito Works, Flagler Fish Company, Finns, and our  Ice Cream  Parlor,  The Waffle Cone.

Rates do not include taxes and fees. Primary Registared Guest must be over 25.

JAN-APRIL: $1150 month/800 week

MAY-AUG: $1050 month/650 week

SEP-DEC: $950 month/500 week

A Security deposit of $500 is required to hold reservation($50 is withheld from deposit if cottage is not left in reasonably clean condition on check-out.)

Taxes are 11%, $125 cleaning fees. Monthly rentals are charged for utilities they use.

Dog fees are $75 per stay(2 approved dogs max.)and require an additional security deposit
