Each bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, plus there is a queen
sofa-sleeper in the living room. The two bedroom condo comes with cable TV and a DVD player in the living room, and a fully-equipped kitchen, including large
microwave, electric self-cleaning range, trash compactor, dishwasher,
frostless ice-maker refrigerator, and table service for 8.

Maximum occupancy 8 persons.  Sorry, no pets.  No sublets allowed.  Occupancy governed by California Innkeepers Penal Code Section 602(r).1and Civil Article 4 Section 1861.   Management reserves the right to change condo and parking space assignments.
