You found us! We are a quaint seaside village tucked away in south
Orange County about 30 mins. south of Disneyland. Currently we are offering a special rate for
November--January, see below in the "rates" area...Welcome to the place we call Casa Azul. As
you look through the photos you will see that the casa is a duplex.
Two separate units one up one down each with the same floor plan,
distinctively decorated! Each unit has two bedrooms with a queen in
one and two twins in the other.
So you say you want a fantastic view, and to be able to see and hear
the waves from the inside or from the patio? Then this is the place
for you! From Casa Azul you are able to walk to the beach in less
than 60 seconds. The path is uncrowded while you are walking with a
full view of the ocean and along a nice community park. The casa sits
on the rim of a beautiful little canyon giving us that wide open view
of the ocean. There are 4 gigantic windows 5'x 8' to look
out at the unobstructed view. There are no buildings between your
windows and the ocean. The breeze blows gently in fresh off the
water. Just imagine being close enough to see and hear the waves and
the tranquil Catalina Island sunsets.
The little community park just steps down in the canyon makes
for a big beautiful backyard for families to enjoy. The beach is just
casual walk down from the park!
If you decide not to venture out you may like to barbeque on
your patio that over-looks the canyon, thats the view in the photo,
really you are close enough to hear and see the waves, check out the
surf too! Walk to the beach of course! The pier is just minutes down
the sand or by meandering city streets...great restaurants there to
complete your California beach experience. Winters at the beach are
fantastic. The crowds are gone and there is plenty of California
sunshine. Also the many attractions of California are just a short

Plus all the standard amenities including: no cost washer
dryer for your convienence....dvd player, microwave, dishwasher,
cable TV, barbeques, boogie boards, beach towels and beach
chairs...all linens are provided.....and off street parking (a real
commodity near the beach)

Of course playing and relaxing on the beach, surfing, running or
walking, and dining out are the favorite activities of most
visitors...two blocks from our place is the eclectic but
friendly "main street" of San Clemente called "Del Mar" On Sunday
mornings there is a fabulous farmers market held there, with veggies,
flowers, unique breads and homemade candy...during the summer months
they also have crafters show their wares..If you like art and or
crafts dont forget Laguna Beach 15 mins. north on Pacific Coast Hwy.
They have the Sawdust Festival all summer and the Pagent of the
Masters. Both are treats for the senses...If you would like to
explore by car there is the Mission San Juan Capistrano 15mins.
north..Disneyland 30mins north, artists village of Laguna Beach with
an intersting local artist sale held in between the eucalyptus trees
in a fantasy village called the Sawdust Festival 15min north...San
Diego has an historice old town and gaslamp district and a worldclass
zoo and wild animal park and Sea World 55min South...we offer a small
town feel of peacefulness and friendliness here in San Clemente...

SUMMER 2010: $1,190 per week. Saturday to Saturday only...Plus refundable cleaning/damage deposit Please see deposit info. below

November--February Special: $825 per week or $125 per night....$200 refundable cleaning/damage dep.  $1990 per 30 days

September- October: I am somewhat flexible...$890 per week, or $145 per
night....plus cleaning/damage deposit

September-May, for a 30 day stay  the rate should be $1,990 monthly, depending on your needs,which month you're requesting, and # of people in your party etc.

I am willing to negotioate for periods less than the 30 days,
but generally the rate would be $145 per night, or $820 per week for
any and all days available on the calendar, please contact
us with information on your needs......
Summer 2010-- May 30--September 12, 2009     $1,190 per week
Deposit Information: There is a $200 refundable cleaning/damage deposit required for terms
less than 14 days, and a $300 refundable dep. for terms 14 days or
