Two Blocks to Beach in Cape May

Beautifully renovated single family home on a very quiet street in Cape
May. Only two blocks to the beach. Very comfortable, clean and tastefully
decorated.

Home has large loft bedroom with king, two twins and full bath with
shower and a gate at the top of stairs. First floor has two bedrooms, one queen and one with bunk beds and a hall bath with tub/shower.

Large living/dining/kitchen area that is very open for family fun. Sleeps up to 10 using two roll away beds in loft.

Large dining table in the dining room which is open to a  breakfast bar.  Lots of room for eating, playing games or just visiting. Large rear covered (in summer) patio.  Children are warmly welcomed. 

Fully equipped kitchen.  Plenty of street parking.  Very easy walk to the beach so you can easily come home for lunch or a nap!  (Yes, we have central air and high speed internet)

Central air, outdoor shower, charcoal grille and fully equipped kitchen.  Full size washer and dryer and outdoor clothesline - so don't bring too many clothes!

 Cable TV with DVD in living room. Second TV in loft and third small TV with DVD in queen bedroom, in case of a rainy day.  Kitchen includes gas range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, icemaker, disposal, pot and pans and service for 10 so you can turn out an awesome meal if you are so inclined.

Families with kids love the backyard.  You can sit on the shaded patio while they play in the large grassy backyard.

Blankets and pillows are provided for all beds and rollaways.  Renters must bring sheets and towels - available to rent.

Cleaning is included so you do not have to ruin the end of you vacation getting everyone to clean up!  Just clean out the fridge, take out the trash and make the beds - we will do the rest.

Cape May is a lovely quiet beach town located at Exit 0 on the Garden
State Parkway. The town has no through streets, so it is
exceptionally quiet. Lots of activities: fabulous beach, biking,
birding, great restaurants, etc, etc.  Family friendly town and of course all the kids are welcome in our home.

Winter - $500 per weekend

April thru June 15, 2012 - $300 per night, 3 night minimum

June 15, 2012 thru Sept 15, 2012 - $3150 per week, sat to sat only

Cleaning included in rate.

Sorry, no pets, no exceptions.  No more than 10 guests, including children and babies.  Must be 25 yrs old to rent.
