Gulf Dunes is just a Few Minutes from Downtown Destin. You will be
within walking distance to many inviting areas such as the Fishing
Boat Harbor, Restaurants, and Shops. This Beach Front Property is
accented with Tennis Courts, a Private Gym, two Heated Pools, and
Protected Natural Dunes.
Unit 114 is located above the covered parking area and is directly
over one of the 2 pool decks. (The covered parking is for permanent
residents only, and is not included with unit 114)
Though Destin and its many attractions are only a short drive away,
this stretch of Powder White Beach is much more Private. You will
enjoy your space in the sand without all of the crowds and noise.
This is a "NO SMOKING" unit which will sleep six people. The Master
Bedroom has a King Size Bed. There are Two Single Bunks in the main
hall, and there is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the den. There are TV's,
DVD Players, a VCR and a CD-capable Stereo, and Wireless Internet
Capability. The Full Kitchen is equipped with the Latest in
Appliances...Dishes, Silverware, and Cookware are included. There
are Linens, Towels, and a private Washer / Dryer for your
convenience.
