Vacation Rental Description

This is a 1400 sqft. house that used to be the model house in the  
area, so for it has the nice features as tile in the kitchen, dinning  
room and hallway, it has speakers on every each of the rooms, it has  
a garage for two cars, a big backyard, a barbeque grill included, a  
contemporary style dinning table, a washer and dryer, two 27" tvs and  
a nice and comfortable sofa. The backyard is all full of lawn so the  
kids can play there without any hazard.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The location is awesome we are 3 miles far from the Cardinals  
Stadium, The Westgate Plaza, the ice skating arena. We have close  
access to the 101 freeway and the i10 freeway. We have supermarkets  
and superstores right in the corner and different restaurants and  
amenities. It definately worth to getaway in this property and enjoy  
the Superbowl season.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1500 security and damage deposit that will be reimbursted at the end  
of the contract, $2500 a week per rent during superbowl season, $1200  
per month before and after superball season.
