"Birds Eye Beach House in Road's End- Ocean View" in Lincoln City

"Birds Eye Beach House" is a sweet updated "cottage" in great
condition with a wonderful beachy personality. It's a favorite
vacation rental for those that have stayed and a great value to
boot! There is even a basketball hoop and volleyball/badmitton area
in the rear yard. Easy walk to the beach- just follow the trails or
drive to the state park-2 min away.
Enjoy the Birdseye view of the ocean as you have your morning
coffee and during the majestic sunsets. The cottage is in a
convenient location just a couple of easy walking blocks to the ocean
in the most desirable Lincoln City area of the "Roads End"
neighborhood. Its small,cozy and quiet...except for the Ocean
sounds...and is quite suitable for up to 4-5 (maximum of 5). Enjoy
the wonderful sounds and sights of the Pacific including Cascade
Head. Walk to the Roads End State Park or walk to the Chinook Winds
Casino (less than 10 min.). Plenty of convenient parking for up to
4+ cars. Less than 10 min. to the major shopping center
of Lincoln City.

Outside amenities include: Enclosed secure patio area for small
children/small pets, basketball court/hoop and sandy
badmitton/volleyball court.

..a short and easy walk to the "Roads End State Park" with miles of
sandy beaches. Less than 3 minutes to golfing at the Lakeside Golf
Course or 15 minutes to Salishan Golf Course, shopping, and
restaurants. 40 minutes to the wonderful Newport Aquarium. Go deep
sea fishing in Depoe Bay just 20 minutes south of Lincoln City or
try the famed fishing in the Salmon River. Explore the antique
treasures to be found in numerous shops throughout the area. Walk
to the Chinook Winds Casino. 30 to 45 minutes to Tillamook and/or
the Evergreen Museum, home of the "Spruce Goose."

2013 rates:
--High Season Rate of $139/night (May 15th - Sept 15th) with minimum
2 night stay
--Holiday Rate of $139/night with minimum 3 night stay [Christmas,
Thanksgiving, New Year, Easter,
Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day]
--Low Season Rates (Sept 16th - May 14th) with minimum 2 night stay
of $119.00/night for Sun-Thurs and $129.00/night Fri-Sat(except for
major Holidays)
--Discounted weekly rates apply to each season- low season
($730/week) and high season ($830/week)
Applicable tax/fees: $80 cleaning fee per stay, $50
pet fee per stay (guests with pets only).

house. Checks only..I do not accept credit cards. Last minute
