Stargazer Cottage in Caseville

Three bedroom Cottage on Saginaw Bay/Lake Huron about half way between Caseville and Port Austin in the Thumb of Michigan. This cottage is located in the area between Oak Beach and Champagne Rd where there are no homes or cottages on the lake side of the road, so there is almost a mile of unobstructed view of the lake.  There is 50' of private beach with a large deck on the beach. 
Cottage sleeps six with one queen, one full and two twin beds.
Limited to six people including children.

Large back yard with wooded lot in back.

50' sand beach; Large deck on beach for sunbathing or to view spectacular Michigan sunsets; Fire ring for fires on beach; Forced air furnace; Fireplace; Charcoal Grill; Cable; Telephone; Wireless Internet; TV in living room and master bedroom; DVD and VCR player; Screened in porch; Coffee maker; Toaster; Microwave; All utensils, cookware, glasses and dishes provided; Linens and towels provided, but must be left clean; Ceiling fans in every room;

No disposables are provided.  A starter supply of TP and paper towels are provided, but please leave a starter supply for the next renters.

All beach activities are available within 6-8 miles.

Beach activities on 50' private beach, Spectacular sunsets from private deck, Pier & Charter Fishing, Horseback Riding, Canoeing down the Pinnebog River, Go-Kart Rides & Fun Center, Museums & Lighthouses to explore, Bicycling, Nature Trails & Parks, Golfing at 18 hole professional courses, Miniature Golf, Local musicals, dramas and children's theater at local theater, Live entertainment at local restaurants, Fine dining, Casual Dining, Ice cream at many locations, Great shopping at local gift shops and antique stores, Roller skating, Water slide park, Port Austin Farmer's market, and many festivals throughout the year.

  2010 Rates:

 Off Season: May, October

            $600 per week (Saturday to Saturday)

            $100 per night (three night minimum) 

Pre/Post Season:  June, September

            $700 per week (Saturday to Saturday) 

            $125 per night (five night minimum) 

In Season:  July, August  Weekly Rental Only

            $800 per week (only weekly rates - Saturday to Saturday)  

            $125 per additional night       

Cheeseburgers in Caseville week:  $900 for the week  

Check in time 3:00 pm.  Check out time 11:00 am

Deposit of $100 will hold the reservation. Refundable with one month's notice. Non-refundable less than one month's notice.                                           Cheeseburgers week deposit NOT refundable.
Payment in full two weeks prior to reservation.
Weather not guaranteed. No refunds for inclement weather.

Responsible party must be 26 or over and must be staying in the cottage.
