Located between Caseville and Port Austin in the Thumb of Michigan. 
50' of private beach with deck....part of almost a mile of beach with unobstructed views of the 
lake. 
Cottage sleeps six with one queen, one full and two twin beds.  
Wood burning fireplace, forced air furnace.
Screened in porch.  
Large back yard with wooded lot in back.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

50' sand beach. Large deck on beach for sunbathing or to view
spectacular Michigan sunsets.  Fire ring for fires on beach.   

Activities and Attractions

All beach activities available within 6-8 miles.  Swimming/sunbathing
on private beach.  Boating, fishing, canoeing, walking trails near by.  

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 Rates:

Off Season: May, October 
            $350 per week (Saturday 3:00 pm to Saturday 11:00 am)
             $60 per night (five night minimum)

Pre/Post Season:  June, September
            $450 per week (Saturday 3:00 pm to Saturday 11:00 am)
            $75 per night (five night minimum)

In Season:  July, August
            $700 per week (only weekly rates) (Saturday 3:00 pm to Saturday 11:00 am)
             

Cheeseburgers in Caseville week:  $800 for the week

Responsible party must be 26 or over and must be staying in the cottage.
