bedroom has access to the linai with tropical views! Quite relaxing and Quiet...Great room with 
vaulted ceilings has an open feeling...dining area and breakfast nook.It is located in Burnt Store 
Marina. This is a 626 acre water front community located at Charlotte Harbor with a 27 hole golf 
course, 525 deep water boat slips, 2 full service restaurants. Porto Bello restaurant overlooks the 
marina and Duffys over looks the golf course. We also have an epicurean marketplace called Pignoli.
Enjoy breath taking sunsets over Port Charlotte Harbor!
Charter fishing, Sunset and Island tour boats and rentals available.
24 hour gated community.
Burnt Store Marina has its own website.

Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath single family home equipped with central air, 3 32" cable 
tv's, dvd and cd player, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, full refrigerator with ice maker, 
washer, dryer and all linen and cooking utensils. Queen bed in master and second bedroom, queen sofa 
in living room. Pet friendly!
