Eagle Crest Resort in Redmond

Our Townhome is located on the 18th fairway of the Ridge Course,
looking at the 18th green from the deck. It is a spacious 1500
sq. ft., split level with all the amenities of a home. It is located
close to many of the swimming pools, public jaccuzi, and sports center
located at Eagle Crest. You can sit on the deck and watch people
golf while enjoying our nice hot tub or when simply having spirits and
grilling out on our BBQ. The physical address of our home is 1093
Golden Pheasant Dr., which is in the Forrest Greens area. We are a non-smoking house and do not allow pets in our home.  

Eagle Crest Resort is considered the "banana belt" of Central Oregon
with over 300 days of sunshine per year. Our home includes
phones, flat-screen TV"S and DVD players located in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The living room is spacious with TV,VCR,DVD,CD stereo, etc. The kitchen is well
equipped for the best of all chefs to show off their talents
including a gas BBQ on the deck. Washer and dryer and all linens
are also included.

Eagle Crest resort is located just 5 minutes from Redmond, and 15
minutes north of Bend. In addition to being a wonderful family
oriented resort,great weather allows them to offer a wide variety of
outdoor activities--Golf (3-18 hole courses)+ a 18 hole live putting
course,horseback riding,miles of GREAT biking and walking trails,and many
other athletic activities. There are 4 swimming pools (1 indoor), 1 with a very nice water-park, 2 athletic facilities with weights, raquetball,tennis, and basketball.
Spa service is also available for those relaxing moments away from
home.

Our rates are $185.00/night and the weekly rate is $1100.00.
Additionally there is a Cleaning fee, security deposit (refunded
after your stay), and 7% Dechutes County Tax. We require
a 25% deposit upon booking, with the balance due 2 weeks prior to
your stay.
